With over 250 airports across our network, our Operations teams work seamlessly together to ensure that we continue to operate both a safe and efficient service whilst maintaining our 90%+ on-time performance every single day. Consisting of Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Inflight and the Operations Control Centre, who continually ensure our crew arrive on time, our ground handlers maintain our 25-minute turnarounds and our flights take the quickest, most cost-effective routes.
Our Departments
Flight Operations
Our Flight Operations (FOPs) team is responsible for ensuring our 7,000+ pilots are scheduled and supported so they can work to the highest standard across our 90+ bases.
Inflight
Inflight are integral to our airline. They not only plan the rosters for our 16,000+ cabin crew but manage the training programme for over 1,000 crew members each month and manage the crew at a local level across 90+ bases.
Operations Control Centre
Our 24/7 OCC team includes Crew Control, Flight Planning, Ops Control and GOPs Control who plan and track over 3,600+ daily flights and ensure each flight is fully crewed, takes the quickest most-efficient flight path and our operation remains on time to transport over 600K guests each day.
Ground Operations
Our Ground Operations (GOPs) team are locally based across the 90+ European bases and over 250 destination airports of the Ryanair Group. The Dept consists of a team of regional and department managers responsible for maintaining Ryanair’s industry leading safety and punctuality record in both our self-handling and third-party handling operations.
