Commercial

From creating and maintaining revenue streams to establishing new routes and airport deals, our commercial team maintain a proactive, analytical outlook to ensure our aircraft explore as much of Europe as possible. With plans to carry 200m passenger p.a. by 2024, they continue to provide the best value fares, which allowed us to become the first airline to carry 10 million customers in one month in July 2015.

Sales and Marketing

Manage communication channels across all market segments, advertising and sales promotions, they make sure that our promotions hit the ground running, as the face to face marketers of the company. Based in Dublin, our Sales and Marketing team work alongside our Communications team promoting the Ryanair brand across our network through PR, social media and local events.

Customer Service

Our dedicated Customer Care team is responsible for responding to correspondence from the public, dealing with booking queries, special assistance requests and providing the most up to date flight information via Twitter. They also analyse customer trends to ascertain what we can improve as part of our ‘Always Getting Better’ programme.

Finance

As the world’s highest rated airline with a BBB+ rating (S&P and Fitch), our finance team is responsible for hedging our fuel, enabling us to place one of the biggest aircraft orders in the industry and allowing us to offer the best fares to our customers. With overall responsibility for all financial matters, our finance department ensure all accumulated revenue is accounted for, analysis of our financial statements is carried out, invoices are paid and that the company is fully compliant with all business and tax related regulations.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources department hire the highest quality applicants for all vacancies, not only in head office but across Europe. They are responsible for all employment related matters and legislation for pilots, cabin crew, engineering and ‘on the ground’ staff.

Legal

Representing and defending Ryanair at national and European level, our team are legal experts in competition, regulatory and industry matters. They are ready to challenge authorities on any legislative change which may impact our commercial operation.

Flight Operations

Comprising of the men and women whose specialised technical ability ensures that our aircraft fly and fly safely, as well as a ‘behind the scenes’ team who ensure our aircraft are crewed effectively and are trained to the highest industry standards.airline to carry 10 million customers in one month in July 2015.

Ground Operations

Responsible for our industry revered 25 minute turnaround, our ground operations team also ensure our customers have a smooth and relaxing pre-flight experience and resolve delays efficiently.

Inflight

Inflight are the people who spend the most time with our customers. They improve customer experience, drive sales and are responsible for safety on board. The Inflight department are supported by the Inflight Rostering and Training departments, who make sure that crew are rostered to operate the flights and that all crew are fully trained to be the best they can be.

Quality Assurance

Responsible for maintaining our 34 year safety record and upholding all quality standards in line with industry defined regulations by conducting audits and following up on checks.
