Ryanair Holdings PLC, Europe’s Largest Airline Group is the parent company of Ryanair DAC, Buzz, Lauda Europe, Malta Air and Ryanair UK. Following on from our largest ever year of operations, where we carried over 183m guests from 95 bases on more than 3600 daily flights to over 250 destinations across 37 countries. Ryanair has recently embarked on a ‘Decade of Growth’ which will see the group grow to over 800 airfcraft and carry over 300m guests per year allowing Ryanair to become ‘The World’s Largest Airline’, and also lower fares and reduce emissions.
Buzz, formerly known as Ryanair Sun, is our Polish airline headquartered in Warsaw. It is a standalone business unit which operates both scheduled and charter flights.
Lauda Europe is a Maltese based low-cost airline that operates ACMI and scheduled services for the Ryanair Group. Lauda Europe is the only A320 operator of the group which offers a greater level of flexibility.
Malta Air, acquired in 2019, is headquarted in Malta and operates in several countries such as Malta, Italy, Germany and France, serving destinations throughout Europe.
