Changes to our Application Process.

Description

Principal duties of the Base Maintenance Training Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating MRO employee training records via AMOS; 
  • Issuance of training records/reports when requested; 
  • Monitoring the mandatory training of MRO employees; 
  • Scheduling training courses; 
  • Controlling classroom usage and instructor alignment to courses;
  • Processing enrolment of staff onto training courses; 
  • Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses; 
  • Maintain training registers for MRO training department; 
  • Password Resets for Learning Management System; 
  • Controlling Assessment Materials; 
  • Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability; 
  • Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment; 
  • Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO; 
  • Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested; 
  • Sending notification of courses running to base maintenance staff; 
  • Assist other BM sites where designated by the Records Supervisor;
  • Any other additional duties as per Records Supervisor/Training Lead request.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a training environment.
  • HR / training qualification is desirable, though not essential.
  • Experience gained within an EASA PART 145 or PART 147 organisational environment is desirable.
  • Experience working with E-learning systems and developing packages using E-learning training mediums is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Pragmatic approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
