About the job KAMS has an opportunity for a Training Coordinator in Kaunas. The successful candidate will work with internal company systems to coordinate employee training process.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
✈ Registering employees for required courses. ✈ Managing and archiving training records (using the Smartsheet program), archiving all paperwork from courses. ✈ Scheduling training courses, taking into account classroom and instructor availability. ✈ Updating employee training records via internal systems, monitoring the mandatory training of employees. ✈ Assisting employees with training-related issues (e.g., password reset). ✈ Supporting the training team with other tasks.
Requirements
✈ Strong organizational skills. ✈ Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel). ✈ Excellent English language skills (spoken and written). ✈ Experience in a similar role (administration, coordination) – an advantage. ✈ Experience working with Smartsheet – an advantage. ✈ Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to new tasks. ✈All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the Lithuania.
