JC Aircraft Maintenance (JCAM) is one of Ryanair’s Engineering company providers, supporting in both Line and Heavy Maintenance in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and France (SPMF) since 2010.
We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrative to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 600 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.
The primary role of the Training Coordinator is to ensure JAES (Junior Aircraft Engineers) receive effective training to enhance their skills and knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying skill gaps and training requirements through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with management.
Organizing training venues, materials, equipment, and scheduling trainers or facilitators.
Designing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and learning materials based on organizational needs.
Assessing training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance analysis.
Keeping track of training records, certifications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Working with HR, department heads, and external trainers to align JAEP with company goals.
Staying updated on training trends and best practices to enhance learning experiences.
Requirements
Superior Degree in Administration
Highly organized individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities and hit tight deadlines.
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
