Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, together with its shareholders Ryanair, are looking for a new team member – a Technical Training Instructor to join our training department in Kaunas. We are looking for someone who would be interested in aviation and aircraft engineering, as well as promoting a culture of learning and maintaining a high standard of teaching quality.
Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania
The successful person will be responsible for:
Conducting technical training in the classroom and virtually.
Development and improvement of instructor materials (training plans, information materials, teaching materials and teaching aids).
Regular review of all procedures and rules related to the training programs being prepared.
Organizing and conducting employee knowledge testing and professional development.
Planning and administration of the training process, management of related documents.
Conducting practical training.
Requirements
Experience in an aircraft maintenance organization or aeronautical engineering education is an advantage.
Good knowledge of working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Presentation skills.
Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
Willingness to learn for oneself and to teach others, to offer new ideas.
All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in Lithuania.
Valid EU passport and possibility to travel if required.

Salary starts from 1400-2400 €/NET, depending on experience in MRO organizations, current qualification, certifications and skills.
