Description

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, together with its shareholders Ryanair, are looking for a new team member – a Technical Training Instructor to join our training department in Kaunas.

We are looking for someone who would be interested in aviation and aircraft engineering, as well as promoting a culture of learning and maintaining a high standard of teaching quality.

Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania

 

The successful person will be responsible for:

  • Conducting technical training in the classroom and virtually.
  • Development and improvement of instructor materials (training plans, information materials, teaching materials and teaching aids).
  • Regular review of all procedures and rules related to the training programs being prepared.
  • Organizing and conducting employee knowledge testing and professional development.
  • Planning and administration of the training process, management of related documents.
  • Conducting practical training.

Requirements

  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance organization and/or aeronautical engineering education.
  • Good knowledge of working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Presentation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn for oneself and to teach others, to offer new ideas.
  • All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in Lithuania.
  • Valid EU passport and possibility to travel if required.
