Description
Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM (Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance) are hiring for the position of Stores Team Leader in Seville (SVQ), Spain.
The Stores Team Leader works alongside the Stores Site Supervisor in ensuring effective and compliant operations of the store, ensuring adherence to organisations procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring support to the organisation by managing the receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of aircraft parts, materials, tools and equipment.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Assist in the day-to-day running of all areas of the stores.
Monitor and control material and stores transactions in the AMOS system.
Assist in the control and monitoring of shelf-life and calibration-sensitive items.
Support stock checks and ensure discrepancies are reported and resolved.
Ensure the storage areas are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Support internal and external audits; and resolve any Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Act as the initial point of contact for stores personnel regarding operational issues or concerns.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure completion to the required standard.
Requirements
Previous experience in materials or logistics environment preferred.
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Experience with AMOS preferred.
