Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Risk and Security Manager to join Europe’s largest airline group.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the Ryanair Safety, Security and Compliance Risk Management function and the Ryanair Security Management System – SeMS
Working closely with the Safety, Security and Compliance Managers and a Team of Technical Experts, the Risk and Security Manager will
Support the Director of Safety & Security and CRO in delivering a robust and effective Security Management System.
Support the Head of Risk in delivering robust and effective Risk Management processes.
Work closely with Aviation Regulatory bodies and represent Ryanair at European and National levels to ensure safety and security remain at the heart of rulemaking activity.
Draft aviation security related reports on behalf of the Security Manager for Senior Management and Safety, Security and Compliance Committees.
Requirements
5 years experience in a management role.
The ability to obtain appropriate security clearances.
Experience in aviation regulation and management systems.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
