About the job

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) – one of Ryanair’s aircraft maintenance bases in Europe, is located in Karmėlava, near Kaunas Airport. Our daily task is the technical maintenance and repair of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. KAMS aims to provide top-level services and ensure that Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Currently, KAMS is looking to strengthen its HR department with a Recruitment Specialist. Join our growing team and start your career in aviation with KAMS!

Job Description:

✈ Active search for candidates using various sourcing channels;
✈ Conducting job interviews and assessing candidates;
✈ Gathering information about the labor market and sharing insights with the team;
✈ Building and maintaining relationships with qualified professionals in the market;
✈ Collaborating with managers to develop recruitment plans and understand their needs;
✈ Participating in career fairs and representing the company at other events;
✈ Administering documentation related to recruitment and hiring processes, maintaining data records;
✈ Cooperating with the Employment Service and recruitment agencies when needed.

Requirements

✈ Unrestricted right to work in the Lithuania;
✈ Excellent organizational and communication skills;
✈ Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
✈ Good English skills (written and spoken);
✈ Strong computer literacy (Outlook, other MS Office programs);
✈ Experience in recruitment or another HR-related position is an advantage.
