The Role
We are currently reinforcing our payroll management team at head office with specialization in the Spanish market for the +2,500 aviation professionals based there. The chosen person will be responsible for the management of the Spanish payroll process and its administration, as well as the interaction with providers and other departments.
Responsibilities
Overview of payroll processes in Spain, which would require knowledge on the most common payroll systems (RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, etc.) and knowledge in Spanish Tax and Social security matters
Provide assistance in the adaptation of the company’s systems to ease the payroll process in Spain
Provide advice on compliance and response to ad – hoc queries.
Interaction with local providers and other departments
Deal with daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements
A degree or master’s in Labour Relations, Administration and Finance or similar
Excellent knowledge of Spanish payroll systems
3+ years of experience in a payroll department.
Excellent communication, oral and written skills.
High level in Office Suite (and particularly Excel)
