JCAM is currently recruiting a Liaison Engineer Junior in Porto (OPO), Portugal.

Main tasks for this role will be:
• Work directly with all parties to reduce AOGs, Hills on aircrafts
• Control the planning scheduled for each base (OPO, LIS, FAO)
• Help and keeping records of every associate application for EASA Part. 66 License
• Command and analyse internal promotions
• Plan and coordinate manpower for training purposes
• Human Resources task (annual leaves, month scheduling, training)
• Coordinate and report Management the upcoming news
• Prepare bases for internal and external audits
• Be part of the audits and solve possible findings

Requirements

  • Aircraft maintenance experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English is desired.
  • Good computer literacy, Excel, word and power point.
  • We require self-motivated individuals who can work without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to travel when required to stations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Availability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work shift.
