Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for an Intern Application Support Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! 

Ryanair Labs is the technology brand of Ryanair. Labs is a state-of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for our customers.
This is a 3 months paid IT Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within Ryanair Teams. You will have an opportunity to be rewarded with an opportunity to develop a career (possibility of getting a civil contract after) for one of the most well-known brands across Europe! 
We are looking for IT talents who would like to spend the summer with the teams of great team that will help them to grow.

The Role

• As Application Support Analyst Intern you will work closely with business owners in troubleshooting and resolving issue for a set of in scope application. You will also contribute in gathering requirements for request for Changes to work with our internal development team or with external 3rd parties.  
• As part of a business support team you will play a key role in defining and shaping projects to ensure key business systems develop to meet the changing needs of the organisation. 

Requirements

• Good command of English (min. B2). 
• Strong Communicating and Influencing skills. 
• Ability to work within a team as well as on an individual level. 
• Troubleshooting and issue resolving skills.
• Analytic skills.
• Nice to have: Student in a field of Computer Science or any IT background. 

Recruitment Process
