Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for an Intern Accountant to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

We are launching a 3 month paid Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within the Ryanair Labs Teams. After successful completion there will be a possibility of extending the cooperation on civil contract / contract of employment for next 9 months and prospect of staying with us long term! We are looking for people open for at least 1 year cooperation with us.
We are currently looking for talents in the field of Finance and Accounting. We are seeking individuals who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.
The Role
- Assist with monthly reporting and financial documentation.
- Build reports and visuals that make numbers easy to understand.
- Help improve financial processes and maintain accurate records.
- Keep our financial data accurate and up to date.
- Help analyse costs and budgets for tech initiatives.
Requirements
- Good command of English (min. B2).
- Student of Finance, Accounting or any related background.
- Strong Excel skills and interest in tech driven finance work.
- Detail oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
