Description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Inflight eLearning Specialist to join Europe’s largest airline group!

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 8 years.

Based in our Dublin HQ, this is a brand-new role. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Director of Inflight and will be tasked with developing and delivering high quality Inflight Department training content, improving the learning environment and supporting online training platform development.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Own and manage Inflight training content and learning systems, development & admin.
  • Improve the quality, consistency and engagement of eLearning content.
  • Develop knowledge banks and a single content library linked to Cabin Crew support tools.
  • Deliver interactive eLearning through quizzes and audio assessment where supported by AI technology.
  • Build training stats into internal systems
  • Standardise digital learning across the department.
  • Drive innovation using a and multimedia tools.
  • Convert key classroom training content into digital learning modules where suitable, supporting reduction in classroom training time.
  • Ensure all eLearning content is aligned with Ryanair brand guidelines and internal communication standards.
  • Create short videos and creative content to support internal social media campaigns on Customer Experience and key Inflight focus areas.

Requirements

  • Experience creating digital learning content, eLearning modules or training material.
  • Strong PowerPoint/content design skills, with ability to turn basic material into clear, engaging training.
  • Experience using learning platforms, LMS tools, quiz tools or digital training systems would be an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail, with ability to manage content accuracy, version control and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and turn operational requirements into simple Customer Experience training content.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English language).
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
