Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Immigration Supervisor to join Europe’s largest airline gorup. 

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.

This role is based in our operational office based at Stansted Airport and will work closely with our Head of Immigration Affairs

Duties include:

• Liaise with Border and Police authorities across Europe on Immigration related matters.
• Supervise and complete data protection requests for law enforcement authorities.
• Oversee the implementation of Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record projects, and liaise with Border authorities on missing passenger data.
• Deal with Carrier’s Liability Charges and related issues.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on Immigration issues, and report/escalate issues to the Head of Immigration.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the Immigration Department, ensuring the Department’s various administrational duties are met.
• Provide support to the Immigration team.
• Ensure all spreadsheets are maintained and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with Ryanair’ policies and procedures.
• Assist with preparation of KPIs.

Requirements

• Proficient in the English language.
• Educated to bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Administrative experience.
• Experienced in a similar role and/or have knowledge European and national immigration rules.
• Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage, however not necessary.
