The Ryanair Engineering AMOS Team is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join an exciting cross-functional project driving digital transformation across our bases.
Main responsibilities on this position:
AMOSmobile testing
System setup
Assist in procedure update
End user training
Involvement in change management and onboarding
Pilot runs
GoLive implementation and support
Business process analysis
AMOSmobile testing and AMOS setup
Training your friends before they GoLive and then help implement and support them while the go through the process until they are working in a new paperless way
Requirements
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong familiarity with our industry is highly preferred, enabling the candidate to contribute effectively from day one.
Drive and Initiative: A self-starter with a strong desire to create positive change, take ownership, and help drive the company’s success.
Open-Mindedness: Embraces change and innovation, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Benefits
Location (expect home base): Currently its PIK, but project moves based on roll out plan for AMOSmobile
Travel requirements: required to travel every other week, so one week on site (currently PIK and 1 week back to SNN) unless said otherwise
Duration of project: until end of 2027 (current plan)
