SEAM (South East Aviation Malta Ltd), an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’ s engineering function in South East Europe, is currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to be based in Malta.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of time sheets and time-keeping.
Assist in day to day managment
Assist in onboarding new employees, including any technical documentation and orientation.
Assist with the coordination of the Junior Aircraft Engineering Program and B1 modules Training
Coordinate training sessions as required
Support the Maintenance Coordinator with documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholde
Maintain and manage staff rosters, including attendance, sick leave, annual leave, and training schedules.
Requirements
Unrestricted right to work and travel in Europe
Professional knowledge of English language
An Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Avionic Engineering Degree
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Understanding of Part 145 regulations or technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft would be an advantage
Knowledge of Human Factors and Safety Management principles would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in multi-tasking situations and to deliver results to tight timelines
Good communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environmet
