Description

Malta Air, part of Ryanair Group is currently recruiting for a Flight Operations Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.

Based in Malta Air’s Office in Pieta, this new role will report directly to the Chief Pilot and is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter to gain operational experience in Europe’s largest airline.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Essential reports supporting effective FOPs control and oversight in all associated matters, including preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintenance of Flight Ops technical and non-technical documentation to ensure this is up to date.
  • Issuing of all crew communications and regular updating of eCrew with required documentation
  • Maintaining department trackers and data
  • Monitor and manage the UK TCO process and other authorities’ approvals.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance, including notifications and applications
  • Ad hoc assistance of Flight Ops Bases Managers and the Safety Dept
     

Requirements

  • Aviation experience as an administrative analyst or similar.
  • Strong research, math, and computer skills (data analysis).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research, produce data and processes statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of flight operations administrative policies, procedures and communications with industry stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills (self-starter), flexible, ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
