Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their Engineering Department. You will work as part of a team with the responsibility to liaise with Operations Control to ensure all Ryanair Group aircraft are correctly positioned and have sufficient ground time assigned to them in order for maintenance to be performed.

Duties will include : 

  • Liaise with Operations and Maintenance Control Departments to ensure Ryanair Group aircraft are correctly positioned with suitable ground time for maintenance to be performed
  • Input aircraft swaps and positioning flights into the ROCS system
  • Monitor the operation of Ryanair Group aircraft to ensure they are operating in a suitable location with consideration for any upcoming maintenance requirements
  • Monitor the AMOS system and update aircraft locations and engineering limitations
  • Identify suitable aircraft for flight crew training
  • Update AMOS with number of training flights completed
  • Update AMOS headers with planned maintenance inputs
  • Monitor the AMOS maintenance forecast to ensure completion of scheduled / unscheduled maintenance
  • Ensure specific aircraft are correctly located to support the Ryanair flying operation (HF, NG/MAX, MTOW)
  • Monitor aircraft operating in an unsupported (unmanned) engineering environment
  • Support movement of aircraft to maintain RYR Group KPI’s
  • Prepare aircraft for operation in a one manned / unmanned engineering base
  • Ensure operational aircraft do not exceed 7 days of non-flight

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate – knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Aviation knowledge an advantage.
  • Experience with AMOS an advantage.
  • Aviation knowledge an advantage.
