Are you a German speaker looking to develop your career in an international environment?

 

Join Ryanair’s Customer Service Legal Team and support the management of customer claims across multiple European markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in legal case administration, customer communication, and cooperation with legal stakeholders across Europe.

 

Previous legal experience is not required. Full training will be provided.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and processing customer legal claims in accordance with company procedures
  • Reviewing, preparing and maintaining case documentation and legal files
  • Responding to written correspondence in German and English
  • Supporting internal and external legal teams with case administration
  • Liaising with customers, lawyers, courts and other legal bodies across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitoring case progress and ensuring records, databases and systems are kept up to date
  • Supporting the timely resolution and payment of legal claims
  • Assisting with the interpretation and handling of legal claims and court correspondence
  • Reporting issues, risks and potential solutions to management when required
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Service Legal Team and participating in ad hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and a good command of English
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Claims Handling, Legal Support or a similar role would be an advantage
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal claims and legal correspondence
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to remain professional, diplomatic and tactful when dealing with challenging situations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Additional European language skills would be considered an advantage
