Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Crew ID Coordinator to join Europe’s largest airline group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. 

This role will play a pivotal part in managing and supporting the identification and administration processes for our 24,000+ crew members across the group airlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all crew id processes are compliant with company policy and regulatory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain Crew ID documentation and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Coordinate with various departments and authorities to ensure all crew members have the necessary identification and access.
  • Assist in the issuance of ID cards.
  • Monitor and update databases related to crew identification.
  • Provide support for crew members regarding ID-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures regarding identification and access.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an admin role, preferably in aviation or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience with ID systems or access control systems would be an advantage.
