Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervise and organise manpower and planning
  • Organise and evaluate repairs
  • Allocation and prioritisation of tasks and management of technical jobs
  • Ordering and progressing spares
  • Ensuring documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and company procedures
  • Ensuring that company regulations and policies are enforced
  • Ensuring the work area and environment are always kept clean and tidy
  • Developing skills of all staff, including apprentices and trainee mechanics
  • Assist with and carry out structural repairs
  • Any additional tasks allocated by management

Requirements

  • Spoken and written English skills on min. B2 level
  • CMM, SRM composite repair experience
  • MRO composite repair workshop/hangar environment preferred
  • Previous experience of supervising/managing manpower in essential
  • Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
  • Must have or willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval
