Lauda Europe, part of Ryanair Group are currently recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Trainee to join the Malta based team.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair Group as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
This successful candidate will be working within the Compliance team for a period of 18 months with the aim of progressing their careers further within Ryanair following this.
Duties Include:
Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with departmental activities and the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Records keeping and maintenance
Refer to EASA and local Regulations to ensure the organisation complies with all applicable requirements
Consultation of the EASA and TM CAD website
Participate to Safety Risk Assessments
Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with the investigation of non-compliances
Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with the revision of Organisation’s manuals
Assist the Compliance Manager in reviewing and updating annual audit plan
Administration of audit records and finding records
Basic auditing activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Engineering Degree advantageous but not essential
Strong organizational skills and excellent multitasker
Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
Strong Microsoft Excel competences advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills
