Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our Operations team of Europe’s largest airline group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. 

The Role:

As a Compliance Monitoring Auditor – Operations you will gain experience across a wide range of flight operations and ground operations activities. We are looking for a person who is keen to learn and quick to adapt.

The Compliance Monitoring Auditor will be based in Warsaw, Poland and will be expected to travel across the network undertaking audits.

Your duties will include:

  • Audit schedule execution of EASA Air OPS (EU 965/2012) standards and other applicable regulations
  • Execution of Internal audits of organization as well as external audits of contracted organizations
  • Monitoring and closure process of identified findings
  • Highlight any safety related breaches, concerns or trends to the manager
  • Produce weekly / monthly reports on audit findings and closure dates within organization
  • Participate in Safety Risk Assessments / Safety Action Group meetings when required
  • Assist with the production of safety promotion materials
  • Assist with administering the safety occurrences reporting system
  • Assist with the timely closure of open findings and provide detailed analysis of late closures
  • Support weekly/ monthly compliance reports and trends
  • Review audits and checklists to ensure that they are updated in line with procedure requirements

Requirements

  • Experience with compliance processes gained in complex organizations, such as commercial airline
  • Excellent English skills
  • A good knowledge and understanding of EASA Air OPS (EU No 965/2012), Safety Management System principles and ICAO standards
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in working with professional systems (i.e. Coruson / Netline) would be a valuable asset
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Capable of working on own initiative
  • Willing to travel when required
