Description

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group are inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.

This is your exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases who deliver best-in-class customer service to over 600K guests on over 3,600 flights EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

Flying for Ryanair means you not only get some amazing perks such as unlimited discount travel across Ryanair’s 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off roster’, and highly competitive salary packages but you also get world-leading training, completely free!

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is necessary as our training courses are designed to provide you with all the fundamental skills our crew use every day, which will allow you to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience to our guests. Once complete, you will be issued with your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and ready to take to the Skies!!!

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying. However, if you are customer-orientated, and like to work in a fast-paced environment with loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!!!!

What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we embark on yet another record breaking Summer season with very limited roles available, we are opening up opportunities for aspiring candidates to express their interest to join our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future Cabin Crew training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will process your fully completed application and invite you to an online interview.

Should you be successful, you will be added to a ‘hold pool’ and will be prioritised for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses, once they become available.

Our teams will be in regular contact with you if you are placed in a hold pool to provide regular updates on future courses and re-confirm your interest in your preferred or other potential locations.

Please note that for your application to progress, you must complete the initial stages, including an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. You will be invited to an online interview and if successful placed in our hold pool for future opportunities to join a training course.
