Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.
Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.
Please note, that this a completely non-flying position based in East Midlands Airport
Duties will include not be limited to:
Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
Preparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content.
Technical and Ground School query system administration
Supervising and correcting examinations
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, this includes Pre-Settled Status
Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
Candidates who have completed ATPL theory exams will be at an advantage
Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
The ability to work on own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
