Ryanair is recruiting for an Assistant Manager – Crew Planning Analytics and Reporting to join our Inflight department. This is a data-driven role focused on crew planning analysis, reporting, automation, roster compliance and process improvement.
The successful candidate will report to the Crew Planning and Optimisation Manager and will sit within the team to support the day-to-day Rostering operations team, and provide effective decision-making through accurate reporting, insight and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain accurate crew planning reports, dashboards and analysis.
- Analyse crew utilisation, standby levels, roster efficiency, headcount requirements and base performance.
- Monitor Cabin Crew rosters to ensure compliance with EASA FTL, fatigue management rules and company standards.
- Track and report on crew hours, annual leave, monthly roster targets and balance patterns.
- Develop and improve Excel tools, Power BI dashboards and automated reporting processes.
- Identify trends, risks and inefficiencies, providing data-led recommendations.
- Support headcount planning, leave allocation and roster optimisation through detailed analysis.
- Act as a planning data point of contact for systems including Zendesk, SAP, ROCS and internal tools.
- Work with Operations, Training, HR and IT to support planning requirements and improve reporting accuracy.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and project work as required.
Requirements
- Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Power BI experience is preferable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, insight and process improvement.
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics or similar is preferable.
- Knowledge of EASA FTL, fatigue management or ROCS is advantageous.
