JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.
JCAM is currently recruiting an ADMIN to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal.
Ryanair is Europe’s favorite airline, carrying 160m p.a. on more than 3.000 daily flights from 85 bases, connecting over 225 destinations in 33 countries on a fleet of over 520 modern Boeing 737NG , Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer and Airbus A320 aircraft and will continue to expand by more than 200 aircraft by 2025.

Main tasks for this role will be:
•Staff travel (Flight, Train tickets and Hotel Bookings)
•Airport IDs/PCPs for staff and vehicles 
•Station supplies (IDs for truck + driver for deliveries)
•Uniform issues and requests
•Background check and Security Clearances
•Database
•Maintenance planning support
•Maintenance data and records analysis
•Repair and Modification Support
•Documentation and regulatory compliance
•Technical support and assistance to senior engineers

Requirements

• Driver’s license B;
• Fluent English;
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment;
• A valid EU/EEA passport with unrestricted right to live and work in European Union.
