Our graduate programme is like no other in Aviation…our graduates are given access to the senior management team from their 1st day as they are mentored by a senior member of staff for the duration of the two-year programme & work on key strategic projects that have a positive impact on our guests & our people. Our grads get to go out across our network & learn everything about our business, think fun visits to airports to learn about our famous 25 min turnarounds, or trips to our engineering hangers to see how we strip an 8200 aircraft back to it’s skin during heavy maintenance season. Grad programmes
Corporate
You’ll gain invaluable experience across the key areas of your chosen programme during your 2-year HQ Grad Programme. Check out our 2-year rotational programmes within Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing, Digital Experience and Commercial.
Operations
Considered the beating heart of our airline, we’ve designed a fantastic graduate programme to include rotations within Pilot Management, Safety, Ground Operations and our 24/7 OCC.
IT
Our IT Programme runs for 12 months and allows you to specialise in one of the 6 areas within Ryanair Labs: Software Development, BI & Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure & Support, Planning & Delivery, or Security.
