Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst – Fuel to join our team in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. The Finance Analyst – Fuel will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment within the Finance function of Ryanair. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside the Finance team and is a great first step for a future career in Ryanair or for someone looking to move into the finance function
Authorization of Fuel invoices for the Ryanair Group within Airpas.
Support the production of monthly fuel accounts.
Maintaining and updating of fuel contracts and foreign exchange rates in Airpas when needed.
Reporting of monthly updates through the BI system and the attaching of all relevant back up before authorization by reporting manager.
Review and analysis of fuel costs for use in the fuel tender.
Work in collaboration with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all fuel suppliers are paid in line with the agreed credit terms.
Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers
Preparation of a weekly Fuel Ops report.

Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
All candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential
