Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the Ground Ops Team of Europe’s Largest Airline based at Dublin Airport.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
The Op’s Manager will be responsible for both Front of House and Ramp operations to ensure the safe and efficient running of our Dublin operation. The successful candidate will be based at Dublin airport, on a shift roster and report to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage rosters, annual leave, payroll, ID’s, stock, uniforms, training, recruitment, and any other duties assigned.
- Deal with all staff related queries and manage RCO’s / PSM’s
- Provide cover for General Manager as required.
- Managing the Dublin base performance and KPI’s
- Analysing and investigating delays and implementing fixes
- Compiling reports as required
- Managing Safety Reports and audit findings
- Work closely with Airport Partners and attend local meetings at the airport.
