Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for an SAP CPI Consultant to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

The Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant who has strong hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in connecting SuccessFactors with other SAP or third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Should have strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and other tools used on the SAP platform.
Our core HR system is SAP SuccessFactors, and our payroll system runs on SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You’ll work closely with HR / HRIS, payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth and reliable data flow between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third-party).
- Use SuccessFactors Integration Center and other SAP integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Good exposure in Cloud Integration Suite capabilities like in SAP API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors & Integration Advisor.
- knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption and decryption mechanisms.
- Handle regular updates, data loads, and real-time integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure all integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Document integration processes and provide user support where needed.
Requirements
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Integration Center & CPI / BTP
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / BTP and web services (SOAP, REST).
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors – EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience working in HRIS and payroll data integrations.
- Ability to write technical and functional documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling integration projects end-to-end.
- Knowledge of SAP security and GDPR compliance for HR data.
- Experience inbuilding integration between SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third-party).
Good to have:
- SAP Integration certification is a plus.
- ABAP knowledge
