DM Aircraft Maintenance GmbH are the dedicated engineering maintenance provider based in Vienna, Austria providing comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda Europe A320 and Ryanair B737 fleet of aircraft.
We are seeking to recruit Trainee Aircraft Mechanics for Ryanair’s 10-week training program with intake in October 2026.
Trainee Aircraft Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks as required
- Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
- Complete the appropriate documentation
- Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
- Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements
Trainee Aircraft Mechanic Requirements
- A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended.
- A keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of English is required (Level A2 / B1) and a secondary school diploma, equivalent or higher as an educational qualification.
- Ability to pass a full security background check.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid EU driving license.
