Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) is forming a new group of trainee aircraft mechanics starting in mid-September. The training will last for 12 weeks, part of which will take place in Italy.

🌍 6-week training in Bergamo, Italy!
This is not only a great opportunity to launch your career in aviation, but also to gain international experience and do some traveling! Since the training will take place on weekdays, you’ll have weekends free to explore nearby Milan and other cities in the region.

• Flights to and from Bergamo
• Accommodation with breakfast
• Transportation related to the training (car rental, public transport, taxis)
• Daily allowances throughout your stay.

Job Description
Assisting experienced aircraft mechanics and engineers with scheduled aircraft maintenance
Ensuring all planned work is completed on time and in line with all regulations
Participating in company-provided qualification training
Performing other duties related to the role of an aircraft mechanic

Requirements

Very good English skills (training will be conducted in English)
Ability and willingness to travel during the training period

Good organizational and time management skills
Valid EU identity document (passport or ID card)

All candidates must reside in Lithuania, as relocation costs are not covered
Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule after training: 5 working days / 3 days off, 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
Studies in aviation and/or engineering – an advantage
Experience in mechanical or technical work – a strong advantage
