HR INTERN – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: HR Intern

Reports to: HR Generalist

Salary: € 1.500 gross/month

Working Hours: Mo – Fr, 40h / week, on site (Vienna International Airport)

DM Aircraft Maintenance are the dedicated engineering maintenance provider based in Vienna, Austria providing comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda A320 and Ryanair B737 fleet of aircraft.

We are currently recruiting for HR Intern to join our highly skilled team in Vienna for 3 months. The HR Intern will report directly to the HR Generalist to assist with implementation of our new HR software.

This is an internship for duration of 3 months.

Responsibilities: 

  • Documentation management
  • Import of data into HR software 
  • To assist the HR department as and when necessary
  • Any other duties / tasks as requested by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Excellent English, written and spoken, is essential 
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office – Excel essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to use initiative and work independently as required
  • Previous experience in similar role is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS is nice to have
