Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 300m guests and 800 aircraft within the next 10 years.

The role of the Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the payment of staff across all our Malta Air operations in addition to supporting the continued roll out of inhouse payroll across the network. 

The Role:

  • Manage the administration of payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with external payroll providers globally to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and issues related to payroll, providing excellent customer service and resolving matters in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide support for payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information

Requirements

  • IPASS Required
  • 3+ years of experience in a payroll department.
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills.
  • High level in Office Suite (and particularly Excel)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
