Based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, we were founded in 2018 and are a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair.
The Irish airline group currently operates a fleet of 590 modern Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircrafts. We will continue to expand by more than 300 aircraft by 2030.
At Ryanair Engineering Germany, our engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircrafts in multiple stations all across Germany.
We are currently looking for Trainee Aircraft Mechanics to join our team across Memmingen (FMM), Hahn (HHN), Niederrhein (NRN), and Cologne (CGN).
Trainee Aircraft Mechanic Responsibilities:
Performing of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks under supervision
Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
Complete the appropriate documentation
Comply with all company procedures and regulations
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager
Program Details:
The program includes a 12-week intensive training program at one of our maintenance facilities
Intakes throughout the year 2024 and onwards
Work as Aircraft Mechanic after 2 years
Possibility of obtaining Modules to gain an EASA CAT A license
All training will be carried out in English.
Requirements
“Manual Labour” apprenticeship background ideal.
Ability to join a 12-week intensive training program, carried out at one of our Ryanair facilities.
Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout Europe.
Valid driving license.
A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended and a keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance.
Intermediate knowledge of English is required.
Ability to pass a full German security background check – Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP).
Aged 18 years or older.
