Job Title – Level 2 Apprenticeship – Stores Officer / Warehouse Operative

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are currently recruiting Apprentice Stores Officers/Warehouse Operatives to join our highly skilled team to be based at Stansted Airport, working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, picking and packing orders in a timely manner, working to targets
  • Using our computer systems to upkeep necessary records and reports
  • Maintaining warehouse to set standards and company procedures
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques
  • Moving and storing products in the correct warehouse area
  • Moving pallets using a forklift truck (training provided if necessary)
  • Consistently working to good standards of health and safety

The apprentice will sit alongside stores officers to learn and master the role.

It will provide the opportunity to develop skills for future supervisory and / or management roles.

On completion of the one-year apprenticeship course you will gain a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification with the potential for a full-time role.

Requirements

  • Full Driving License.
  • British Passport or Pre-Settlement Status to work in the UK.
  • Minimum C in GCSEs or college Level 2 qualification
