As part of our continued expansion we are currently recruiting for a Crew Controller who will be energetic and committed, able to work on their own initiative while also being an integral part of our team.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Fluency in spoken and written English (2nd European language would be an advantage)

• The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure

• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)

• Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality

• A good telephone manner

• Good problem – solving skills




Duties will include but not limited to:

• Tracking crew flight duties

• Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits

• Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality

• Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems

• Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions

• Supporting Rostering team
