Sales and Marketing
Although we operate in over 37 countries all of our Marketing and Advertising activities are centralized out of our Dublin HQ. This is a diverse and multicultural department with PR executives as well as Marketing and Advertising specialists from all across Europe. This 2-year programme provides rotations across Brand Comms, Social Media and targeted marketing for Flights and Ancillary products.
Finance
With billions in the Ryanair bank account and operating across multiple jurisdictions, we require a highly skilled team to manage our money. Our traditional Finance Graduate programme will rotate you around the department allowing you to gain experience across the likes of our banking and forecasting teams. We now also offer a 3.5-year ACA accredited programme which combines real world experience with a globally recognised accounting qualification.
Commercial
From setting our fares, to negotiations with airports and looking at individual route profitability, the commercial department are responsible for maintaining Ryanairs status as one of the most financially profitable airlines in the world. On this 2-year programme, you will get the chance to work in Route Development, Yield Management, Commercial Finance, Scheduling and Airport Economics.
Inflight
If you have a keen eye for detail and a creative flair, then our Inflight programme could provide the perfect mix. From planning crew incentives, gifts and parties to analysing the rosters and training required for our fantastic cabin crew, this is one of the busiest departments in our Head Office. On this 2-year programme, you will get to work in Inflight Training, Crew Planning and European Base Management.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service team are responsible for liaising with our 183+ million passengers, to ensure any of their queries or issues are dealt with efficiently so that we retain our title as Europe’s favourite airline This is a unique 2-year programme where you will be involved in all areas of our customer service function from day one – Operations, Legal, Digital Development, Overseas Operations and much more.
Legal
Our Legal Grads play an integral part of the teams who represent and defend Ryanair at both national and European level. As a Legal Graduate in Ryanair you will rotate through the department while gaining invaluable experience in competition law, consumer law, regulatory & public affair and ensuring our reputation is always protected.
