We are proud to think our developers are both talented and ambitious hence we can’t keep their knowledge only for ourselves.
Since May 2017 we organize Meet ups in Wrocław and other European cities, so everyone can hear straight from the horse’s mouth about pros of working for Ryanair and some insights of tech novelties. We have already organized five meetingsin Wrocław!
We also have visited Poznań and Cluj-Napoca in Romania – little did we know, we learned during those events
just as much as presented our knowledge!
Quality Assurances Engineers convinced us to be brave and use new solutions in testing.
During our “DigMore tech” meeting dedicated to front-end development we announced that MVC is and will remain dead
– sad news for some, but fortunately there were suggestions of better alternatives!
In Poznań we gave overall insight of what is happening in Ryanair those days and met with such a warm reception –
definitely will be back there!
Cluj-Napoca was next city where all volunteers had a chance to hear out about current projects in Ryanair, in lieu we learned a lot about working culture in Romania and met a lot of valuable specialist there!
Back to Wrocław and the apple of our eye – Data Science department – enthused everyone with passion in data science
and machine learning.
Our seventh meet up was quite extraordinary as we organized for the very first time AMA session after lectures on agile methodologies. It turns out to be a big success so probably we will continue to let you ask us anything next time
