Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Station Manager to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The station manager will be based at our maintenance hangar at Dublin Airport and will oversee all line maintenance operations at the base.
Duties:
Oversee day to day running of line operations for all bases within the region
Oversee aircraft maintenance planning and rostering
Monitor aircraft maintenance operations and provide strong leadership and management
Ensure Aircraft Maintenance and associated activities are conducted in accordance with approved data and company procedures.
Ensure sufficient personnel are provided in order to plan, perform and certify all aircraft maintenance and associated activities.
Overseeing and ensuring the management team coordinate line maintenance requirements with MCC, Maintenance Stations, Materials, Quality Control, and A/C Planning.
Establish and promote a safe working environment and culture, conducive to good and efficient maintenance practices.
Ensure the regions KPIs are met and reporting is up to date..
Requirements
Aircraft Engineering/Maintenance education from a degree or as a Licenced Engineer.
Knowledge of EASA Part 145 and its application in the workplace
Line Maintenance experience
Project Management experience.
Proven experience of effectively managing a team with the ability to motivate to meet deliverables in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
