The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC  Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Trouble shooting, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM system. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into a scalable and efficient solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily
  • Manage the process of change –required changes to existing Successfactors EC configuration and integrations and creating new ones based upon business need
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for global IT initiatives – Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support for organizational strategic objectives, leveraging Successfactors functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes.
  • Drive adoption, optimization and transformation – Ensure we are fully leveraging Successfactors to meet strategic business and talent needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners – Work with 3rd party software and internal product, audit, and security teams to ensure configuration and integrations are efficient, compliant, and accurate
  • Ensure LIVE support to existing and future help to investigate and resolve end user issues
  • Serve as technical expert for Successfactors (EC module). Engaging with Successfactors Community and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future Successfactors capabilities
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to EC. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
  • Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module – Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
  • Ability to analyse extensive and complex ranges of data, information, processes and, system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions
  • Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
  • A well-organized character, fast and flexible with an eye for detail

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience managing EC Core Integration with SF Recruitment, Onboarding and Compensation.
  • Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules is a plus
  • Previous exposure to the integration aspect of SAP Success Factor using CPI.
