Buzz is currently recruiting for a Rostering Analyst. You will work as part of a team with the responsibility to deal with all sorts rostering matters.

  • Scheduling of Buzz and Lauda Europe crew to ensure that flight operations are fully crewed.
  • Delivery of industry-leading stable work patterns to Buzz and Lauda Europe growing crew body.
  • Working in a team of rosters and interacting with other units within Buzz and Lauda Europe
  • Balancing rosters in all bases so that crews have balanced number of standby days, etc.
  • Ensuring all crew remain within hours in accordance with current FTL scheme.
  • Managing crew base transfers, promotions, demotions and contract changes in ROCs system;
  • Liaising with management to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
  • Responsibility for co-ordinating all cabin crew training courses.
  • Responsible for compiling various daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Flight OPS department


  • 2 years’ experience in the airline industry or in a similar position.
  • Position is suitable to a person with logistics, transport management, or a supply chain background.
  • Applicants must be open minded, excited about learning new skills, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be able to multi task
  • Successful candidates will have proven numeric, administrative & computer skills.
  • Owing to the precise and organized nature of Buzz flight operations, it is important that you have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ideally, candidates should have previous crewing/ rostering or resource management experience
