Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Revenue Audit Admin to join Europe’s largest airline group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Finance Department based in our global Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, Dublin.
We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Owing to the precise and organised nature of Ryanair’s operations, it is important that candidates exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team and to gain extensive experience.
This role is suitable for a graduate of business/finance, the role focuses on auditing and reviewing key revenue-related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Audit and review Reservation movements, 
  • Preparation of Monthly Booking Invoice files.
  • Generation of monthly Revenue Invoices/Credit notes.
  • Liaising with airports on monthly Revenue Invoice queries
  • Monitor Revenue monthly data reports for quality, efficiencies, and improvements.
  • Conduct Airport and Revenue Audit reviews
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time by Revenue Audit Team Lead.

Requirements

  • A business/finance graduate or part qualified Accounts Technician.
  • Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word essential.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A second European language is preferable
