Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Performance Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

This an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

This role is critical for the business to help understand the behaviour of our customers through converting the data produced into insight, reports, business cases and proposals with an ability to communicate these to senior stakeholders across Ryanair.

Your responsibilities as a Performance Analyst will include:

  • Understand the key metrics that the Marketing/Digital department generate and support the delivery of reporting and performance analysis.
  • Work with the cross functional teams (BI, Data Science, Marketing Ops) to develop measurement frameworks, metrics and models to drive business performance.
  • Develop quantitative analysis to drive business decisions and strategy.
  • Provide analytical support for day-to-day insight queries and help the CRM and marketing team become more data literate.
  • Lead commercial proposals from a commercial strategy and pricing perspective and own the creation of the business cases.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the CMO and Product/Marketing teams delivering informed analysis and reporting daily.
  • Present insight proposals and business cases to our CMO and senior management team for approval
  • Coordinate and manage a team of insight analysts to ensure reports, analyses, business cases and proposals are completed on time, allowing sufficient time for review.
  • Assist in improving our processes to help simplify and create efficiencies within the Marketing department, including automating reporting processes as far as is possible.
  • Develop thought leadership on selected topics of strategic relevance for the company..

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years in a commercial/analytical role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communicator with confidence to deal with senior management in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to relay technical knowledge to stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and good time management and prioritisation skills a must.
  • A critical thinker with the ability to think outside the box, see the bigger picture through consideration of future implications and scenarios and use these when making recommendations.
