Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Flight Operations Adminstrator to Europe’s Largest Airline Group

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 m guests within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will be based at our office in Stansted Airport and will support our busy Flight Operations and Performance teams.

Duties include but not limited to;

 

  • Admin support to the Nominated Persons for Flight Operations and their Deputies.
  • Admin support to the Delivery program, including hotel bookings and submitting manifest details to US Customs and Border Protection.
  • Admin support to the Flight Operations Performance Engineering Department including submission and tracking of company Risk Assessments.
  • Electronic Flight Bag admin support for Flight Ops and Performance teams assuring compliance is maintained
  • Plan travel and make HOTAC arrangements for Flight Ops personnel.
  • Publish memos to pilots and crew
  • Base Opening support, including BC recruitment
  • Weekly reporting of Commanders discretion reports, IT Issues at Bases, crew delays and urgent action items plus all safety events over the last 7-days
  • Attend and record minutes at weekly Flight Operations meetings
  • Organise Flight Ops meetings and events where required
  • Deputise for Flight Operations Administrator Dublin and Flight Operations Administrator Malta during absence.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a similar role desirable
