Lauda Europe, part of the Ryanair Group is currently recruiting for a Flight Ops and Crew Training Admin to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. Based in Lauda Europe’s Office in Pieta, Malta, as a Flight Ops and Crew Training Administrator you will work closely with our Chief Pilot, Head of Crew Training and Flight Operations Manager, contributing to the efficient management of our Flight Operations Department on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain and update non-technical documentation, records, and tracking systems.
Maintain documentation platforms and ensure compliance.
Draft letters, emails, and other professional correspondence.
Organize meetings and host meeting minutes.
Administer training programs and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations and projects.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Language).
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent, administrative skills including the ability to identify administrative needs and develop and maintain appropriate systems to meet them.
Previous experience as an Administrator would be beneficial
